Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or downloaded.
However, we want you to have a great experience. If you experience any of the following, please contact us within 7 days of purchase:
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You did not receive access to your purchased product.
- The file is corrupted or cannot be accessed, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
- You purchased the same product twice by mistake.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind.
- Purchasing the wrong product.
- Not reading the product description before purchase.
- Incompatibility with software or devices that were clearly disclosed before purchase.
- Failure to use or download the product after purchase.
